GY-BSL 塑料平膜扁絲拉絲機(jī)
- 用途與特點(diǎn)
該機(jī)采用微機(jī)控制變頻調(diào)速和可控硅直流調(diào)速等*的電氣數(shù)字模擬控制技術(shù)，生產(chǎn)效率高，絲筒成型質(zhì)量好。同時(shí)可以根據(jù)用戶需要加裝*的帶式換網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，以及增加纖化機(jī)構(gòu)(柔性包裝袋或生產(chǎn)纖化縫包線用)。
該機(jī)具有熱風(fēng)拉伸烘箱或電熱烘板兩種坯絲加熱結(jié)構(gòu)，可供用戶選擇。本機(jī)組適用范圍廣，可用于聚丙烯，高密度聚乙烯，線性低密度聚乙烯等扁絲的成型加工。

- Use and Characteristics
GY-BSL series flat yarn extrusion line is designed and researched on the base of introducing and assimilating the up-to-dated technologies at home and abroad. It adopts the international advanced electric digital-simulation control technology such as computer-controlled frequency conversion speed regulation and controllable silicon direct current speed regulation so as to make the main target reach the international advanced level. Meanwhile with high production efficiency and high quality of tape tube forming as required, this assembly can also be equipped with advanced band net change structure as well as fibrosis structure that is used for producing flexible packaging bags or fibrosis sewing thread.
This line has two kinds of stock thread heating structures hot-blast stretching bellows and electric baking board which can meet the demands of the customers. Applied to a wide range , it can be used for the forming of PP,HDPE and LLDPE flat yarn.
