P系列-斜臂式機(jī)械手

應(yīng)用行業(yè)：針對(duì)注塑機(jī)工藝，采用氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)，適用于簡(jiǎn)單取出工藝替代，廣泛應(yīng)用于注塑行業(yè)、擠出行業(yè)、醫(yī)療行業(yè)(科研塑料甚至金屬產(chǎn)品)、食品行業(yè)(各種快餐盒)、光學(xué)行業(yè)(塑料光學(xué)制品)、電子行業(yè)(電子產(chǎn)品的塑料外殼)、汽車(chē)行業(yè)(汽車(chē)保險(xiǎn)杠)、激光行業(yè)等行業(yè)。

應(yīng)用工藝：產(chǎn)品成型自動(dòng)完成取放。

應(yīng)用效果：適用于50~280噸的各型臥式射出成型機(jī)的成品及水口取出。

一.手臂結(jié)構(gòu) Arm structure

1. 手臂結(jié)構(gòu)分：?jiǎn)?雙節(jié)式手臂，雙節(jié)手臂采用特殊設(shè)計(jì)的皮帶倍速機(jī)構(gòu)，，縮短了上下手臂的結(jié)構(gòu)高度，適配廠房高度較低之場(chǎng)所。
   

2. 左右旋轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)，方便調(diào)整置物方向。

3. 夾具旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)，可以旋轉(zhuǎn)90°放置成品及水口。

4. 換模調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)，換模時(shí)僅需將固定把手松開(kāi)，全機(jī)可旋轉(zhuǎn)90°。

5. 全機(jī)采用鋁合金精密鑄造，搭配精密加工，整機(jī)穩(wěn)固可以承受高速運(yùn)動(dòng)，耐久使用。

6. 上下手臂采用高剛性線性滑軌，能達(dá)到取出速度快、高效能、高精度、使用壽命長(zhǎng)的要求。

1. Arm structure: single/double arm, double arm adopts specially designed belt-doubling mechanism, which shortens the structural height of upper and lower arm, suitable for the place where the height of factory is lower.

2. Left and right rotating structure, easy to adjust the orientation of the objects.
   

3. Fixture rotating mechanism, can rotate 90° to place the finished product and nozzle.
   

4. Mold changing adjustment mechanism, when mold changing, just loosen the fixed handle, the whole machine can rotate 90°.
   

5. The whole machine USES aluminum alloy precision casting, with precision processing, the whole machine is stable and can withstａnd high-speed movement, durable use.
   

6. The upper and lower arms adopt high rigid linear sliding track, which can meet the requirements of fast removal speed, high efficiency, high precision and long service life.
