a） 真空泵B2通過真空輸送設(shè)備的分離容器產(chǎn)生真空。將物料從進料口B1通過吸料軟管與吸料口吸入。

b） 在分離容器的過濾倉內(nèi)分離空氣與物料，將物料收集在料倉中。旋風(fēng)分離器阻止細小粉末進入過濾器B3，以提高過濾器的效率。

c） 料倉充滿物料時，真空泵自動關(guān)閉，輸送設(shè)備內(nèi)的壓力達到平衡。放料閥B4開啟，物料通過出料口流出，并直接落入儲料容器C。

d） 出料時，過濾艙被反沖氣囊自動清潔。其特制的振動器可輔助下料，以提高輸送粘稠物的效率。
Along with the discharging the filter module is cleaned automatically by an air shock system. We offer vibrators to improve the discharging for sticky or highly bridging bulk materials.
e）出料艙關(guān)閉，整個輸送流程再次啟動。
