乙烯丙烯酸共聚物（Ethylene Acrylic Acid 簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)EAA）是一種具有熱塑性和*粘接性的聚合物，由于羧基團(tuán)的存在以及氫鍵的作用，聚合物的結(jié)晶化被抑制，主鏈的線性被破壞，因此提高了EAA的透明性和韌性，降低了熔點(diǎn)和軟化點(diǎn)。 當(dāng)MI相同時(shí)，隨著AA含量的增加，EAA的透明性、韌性、粘接性、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力開(kāi)裂性會(huì)增加；相反，其剛性、濕蒸汽透射率、抗蠕變性、耐化學(xué)性會(huì)更好。 當(dāng)AA含量相同時(shí)，隨著MI的增加，EAA的粘接性、加工性會(huì)更好；相反，其韌性、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力開(kāi)裂性會(huì)增加。

EAA廣泛應(yīng)用于包裝、粉末涂層、粘合劑、熱熔膠、密封材料、水性溶劑等方面，下面簡(jiǎn)要介紹： 1、包裝：擠出涂覆生產(chǎn)飲料紙盒、牙膏管、電纜屏蔽層等，同時(shí)EAA還有抗撕裂、抗穿刺、防腐等保護(hù)作用； 2、粉末涂層：EAA粉末可以噴涂于管材、鋼材、無(wú)紡布等材料表面，作為防腐材料； 3、熱熔膠：高性能高M(jìn)I的EAA可以生產(chǎn)熱熔膠，用于難粘接材料； 4、水性溶劑：高AA含量高M(jìn)I的EAA在適當(dāng)?shù)姆磻?yīng)條件下能溶解于熱的堿性溶液，可以配制水性粘合劑，用于服裝衣料等； 5、降解環(huán)保材料：EAA與淀粉基材料共混可以生產(chǎn)降解塑料。 注意EAA與多種填充物、顏料、染料等有很好的相容性，但與胺、環(huán)氧化物以及金屬的氫氧化物、氧化物、碳酸鹽等共混或共擠時(shí)，若這些材料發(fā)生分解，將導(dǎo)致聚合物的交聯(lián)和其他問(wèn)題

Entira™ Strong 1008 is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process PP, PET, and PA resins.
Entira™ Strong 1008 can be fed together with base resin and other additives in the hopper during the fiber spinning or film/tape extrusion process. Typical addition levels of Entira™ Strong 1008 range from 2-10 wt%. If the temperature at the hopper exceeds 60-70°C （140-158°F）, bridging may occur. Water cooling of the screw and/or hopper feed throat may help avoid bridging problems. As long as the melt temperature does not exceed 300°C （572°F）, the extrusion processing conditions do not have to be altered when using Entira™ Strong 1008. |
