1、聚氨酯耳塞發(fā)泡機(jī)配備全自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線，連續(xù)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)能提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低不良產(chǎn)品，提高產(chǎn)品合格率達(dá)到99.9%；
2、聚氨酯耳塞發(fā)泡機(jī)的模具采用水加溫方式，有效節(jié)省電力的同時(shí)，更能保證模具溫度穩(wěn)定；
3、聚氨酯耳塞機(jī)械采用PLC編程程序，能自動(dòng)控制澆注，模具能自動(dòng)蓋模、合模，而且聚氨酯發(fā)泡機(jī)的機(jī)頭能自動(dòng)清洗。更能節(jié)省原料及減少勞動(dòng)力。
產(chǎn)能：1.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單邊流水線配備25個(gè)模具，每個(gè)模具出48個(gè)產(chǎn)品，每小時(shí)可以生產(chǎn)4500對(duì)耳塞；
2.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)雙邊流水線配備50個(gè)模具，每個(gè)模具出48個(gè)產(chǎn)品，每小時(shí)可以生產(chǎn)9000對(duì)耳塞。
