立式（*先出）橡膠射出成型機：
機臺特點：
1. 采用*先出注射裝置，防止死料殘留，便于清潔、換色。
2. 適用各種橡膠原料，矽膠及氟膠亦可使用，膠料注射時溫度相對較高，可縮短硫化時間。
3. 先塑化的膠料先被注射，一次注射的膠料在注射料筒中停留的時間相同，避免*入的膠料因在注射料筒中停留時間過長而出現(xiàn)過早硫化現(xiàn)象。
4. 注射柱可移至注射料筒之外，大大簡化膠料更換的操作。
5. 計量時背壓一致，注度高。
Characteristics of the machine:
1. Using FIFO injection device to prevent the residue ,easy to clean and change color of materials.
2. Applicable to all kinds of rubber materials , silicone rubber and fluorine rubber can be used, The temperature will be higher and the vulcanizing time can be shortened.
3. First ,the plastify material will be injected first,material will be stay in the injection tube , the stay time is the same for injection one time,to avoid the plastify material premature vulcanization,because of staying for a long time in the injection tube.
4. The injection tube can be moved , the replacement of materials be easier.
5. The pressure is balanced and injection precision is higher.
