中藥浸膏經(jīng)高速離心式噴霧盤高速旋轉(zhuǎn)噴化后與熱風充分進行傳熱傳質(zhì)從而達到快速低溫脫除水分之目的。物料霧滴經(jīng)瞬間脫除水分獲得干的粉狀產(chǎn)品，是熱敏性物質(zhì)與粘性物質(zhì)選擇的干燥裝置。適用于熔點低、含糖高的中藥產(chǎn)品和植物提取液的低溫快速干燥脫水，并可設防粘壁、防物料焦化、防吸潮結(jié)構(gòu)來滿足工藝所需要求。該裝置解決了許多熔點低、含糖高的中藥產(chǎn)品不能用噴霧干燥的技術(shù)難點。中藥浸膏噴霧

After the high-speed rotary spraying with the high-speed centrifugal spray disk and sufficient heat and mass transfer with hot air, the Chinese medical extract can be dehydrated at a low temperature rapidly. 二、特點Characteristics

1.干燥過程中液滴的溫度比較低，特別適用于熱敏性物料干燥，能夠保持產(chǎn)品優(yōu)良品質(zhì)。

2.為防止干燥塔產(chǎn)生粘壁現(xiàn)象，可設置夾層冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)，有效地防止產(chǎn)品的粘壁、焦化現(xiàn)象。提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、收率。

3.可配置成品風送系統(tǒng)將干燥成品與系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的熱濕空氣及時分離，避免了干燥成品的吸濕或結(jié)塊的可能性。
