用途 User

該閥用于高層建筑消防系統(tǒng)中。當(dāng)給水管路中壓力超過泄壓設(shè)定壓力，泄壓閥開啟，防止管線及設(shè)備因超壓而損壞；壓力降至設(shè)定值時(shí)，該閥自動(dòng)關(guān)閉。

The valve is used in high - rise building fire protection system. When the pressure in the feed line exceeds the pressure of pressure release, the relief valve is opened to prevent the pipeline and equipment from being damaged by overpressure. When pressure drops to a set value, the valve shuts off automatically.

特點(diǎn) Characteristic

閥體采用全通道流線型設(shè)計(jì)，流體阻力小，流量大。該閥既可做泄壓閥又可做持壓閥，做泄壓閥時(shí)可將給水管中超過導(dǎo)閥安全設(shè)定值之壓力釋放，并維持管中壓力于安全值之下，以防止水壓過高造成系統(tǒng)危險(xiǎn)；做持壓閥時(shí)可維持主閥上游供水壓力于某一設(shè)定值以上，只有上游壓力高于設(shè)定值時(shí)，才向下游供水，以保證主閥上游供水壓力。

Valve body adopts full channel streamline design with small fluid resistance and large flow. Can do pressure relief valve and the valve can be used as a pressure valve, when doing relief valve in the feed pipe can be more than pilot valve value for pressure release, and maintain the pressure in pipe under the TVC, in order to prevent the excessively high hydraulic pressure system risk; When holding the pressure valve, the upstream water supply pressure of the main valve can be maintained above a certain set value, only upstream pressure is higher than the set value, to supply water downstream to ensure the upstream water supply pressure of the main valve.

原理 Principle

主閥的進(jìn)口側(cè)通過控制管與導(dǎo)閥相連，當(dāng)進(jìn)口側(cè)壓力大于導(dǎo)閥設(shè)定壓力時(shí)，導(dǎo)閥打開、泄掉膜片上腔的壓力，主閥瓣隨之打開。主閥泄壓，壓力降低至設(shè)定壓力時(shí)，導(dǎo)閥關(guān)閉，主閥也關(guān)閉。

The inlet side of the main valve is connected to the guide valve through the control tube. When the inlet side pressure is greater than the guide valve setting pressure,the guide valve opens and release the pressure of the cavity on the diaphragm, and the main disc opens. Main valve release pressure, pressure drop to set pressure,guide valve close, main valve also close.
