性能及特點（Performance and Characteristics）
用于吹制LDPE、HDPE等塑料復(fù)合膜，廣泛應(yīng)用于液體包裝、印刷基材、出口產(chǎn)品包裝、工業(yè)品包裝以及食品、水果、服裝、紡織品、日用品等民用工業(yè)品包裝。
此機組的機筒、螺桿均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼，經(jīng)氮化和精密加工，具有硬度和耐腐蝕性。卷曲裝置采用力矩電機，可保持適宜的張力，收卷整齊、換卷方便?？筛鶕?jù)不同物料的工藝要求在一定范圍內(nèi)自由調(diào)節(jié)使用，并附有插板機構(gòu)，能制作背心袋。并且不用印刷就能達(dá)到彩色效果。
It is used for blowing LDPE,HDPE color striped plastic film,etc.Which are widely used for packing food,fruit,garments,textile,daily necessities and other civil and industrial products.The cylinder and the screw stem of model SJ-45D×2 extruder are made of high-quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment.600 auxiliary machine can be freely adjusted within the limits of 600mm according to the technological requirement of different materials,ａnd has been fitted with a plug in plate mechanism for making vest bag,.The coiling unit adopts torque motor to keep proper tension and make rolling even and roll-changing easy.And not printed will be able to achieve the color effect.
