PLA degradable sheet production line

PLA可降解片材生產(chǎn)線特點(diǎn)：螺桿采用漸變型單螺桿設(shè)計(jì)，專門針對(duì)聚乳酸，玉米淀粉熔融設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)針對(duì)材料的特殊性可開(kāi)排氣，立三輥壓延成型，輥筒溫度通過(guò)模溫機(jī)可調(diào)出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品保證不糊料，產(chǎn)品成型表面色澤度好，韌性好，厚度采用千分表定位，收卷采用自動(dòng)張力卷取。

Features: The screw adopts the gradient type single screw design, which is specially designed for the polylactic acid and corn starch melting. At the same time, it can be opened and vented according to the speciality of the material. The three-roll calendering is formed, and the temperature of the roller can be adjusted by the mold temperature machine. No paste, the product molding surface has good color, good toughness, the thickness is measured by the dial gauge, and the winding is automatically tensioned.
