焊接機器人三軸焊接變位機說明：

A）焊接機器人三軸伺服變位機焊包括：伺服電機水平方向驅(qū)動變位，兩個豎直方向伺服電機驅(qū)動變位；

B）水平伺服電機驅(qū)動變位機旋轉(zhuǎn)盤對角長度2米-2.8米（選配），總負(fù)載能力900KG；

C）豎直方向變位機負(fù)載能力400KG；

D）該型三軸焊接變位機可與各型焊接機器人對接，自帶控制系統(tǒng)；

E）豎直方向變位機開間：1.5-2.4mm；

F）該變位機型號適合焊接學(xué)校課座椅，每次循環(huán)環(huán)節(jié)可完成一套課桌椅，代替四個焊工的工作量。

G）上述工裝為氣動夾緊治具或手動治具（選項），用戶根據(jù)實際需要及資金情況進行選擇。

Description of welding robot three axis welding positioner:

A) Three axis servo positioner of welding robot includes: servo motor drives displacement in horizontal direction and servo motor drives displacement in two vertical directions;

B) Horizontal servo motor drives the rotary disc of positioner with diagonal length of 2m-2.5m (optional) and load capacity of 800kg;

C) The load capacity of vertical positioner is 400kg;

D) The modified three-axis welding positioner can be connected with various types of welding robots and has its own control system;

E) The positioner model is suitable for welding school seats. Each cycle can complete a set of desks and chairs to replace the workload of four welders.

F) The above tooling is pneumatic clamping fixture or manual fixture (option), and users can choose according to their actual needs and capital situation.
